 processing time

My goal is to ship orders within 5–15 business days. This can vary depending on order volume, sales, and holidays. If there are unusual delays with your order production, contact me via email or use the chat on the homepage to let me know. I know everyone is excited to receive their crystals, so I update the shipping status on the bottom right of the website almost daily showing which order dates are currently being packed and shipped. We will do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible!

Please remember I am a one woman owned shop and package/ship every order myself 💌 I truly do my best to get everything out as quickly as possible!

delivered packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and is no longer eligible for refund or replacement.

Please check mailboxes, parcel lockers, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting me — carriers often mark packages delivered early.

I’m always happy to help you locate it, but I cannot replace or refund delivered packages.

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
If you don’t see it, please check spam/promotions! If you have any questions regarding your order, the  site bubble on the home page is the fastest way to reach me! (emails can get buried).

united states:

Once shipped, you’ll receive a second email with tracking.. All US orders are sent via First Class mail (ground advantage) with tracking and up to $100 in FREE insurance. Additional coverage can be purchased at checkout by adding USPS Shipping Insurance to your cart. It typically takes 3-5 days for delivery by the post office. We are located in Colorado, so the length of time for delivery depends on your location relative to us.

international:

Orders outside of the US are sent via USPS First Class International unless requested otherwise (we also use DHL and UPS). DHL has a different added insurance coverage cost (based on % of declared value). If you request that I declare a lower value to reduce customs fees, I will only be able to insure the package for that lower amount meaning I cannot recover the full value if the package is lost or damaged. Tracking is provided while the package is in the U.S., but updates MAY stop once it leaves the country.

✧ customs & import fees:

International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import taxes charged by their country. I do not control these fees and cannot mark packages as gifts.

✧ seizure/refused delivery:

If a package is refused or abandoned due to customs fees, the order is not eligible for refund unless it is successfully returned to me.

claim time limits:

Shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery date so I can assist with the carrier claim if applicable.

✧ payment disputes / chargebacks

Please contact me first before opening a payment dispute preferably through the home page chat box in the bottom right corner of the page. I am always happy to help resolve issues!

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting me may void eligibility for shop assistance, replacements, or refunds. Once a dispute is opened, I am required to communicate only through the payment provider and can no longer resolve the issue directly.

By purchasing from this shop, you agree to follow the policies listed on this page. Policies, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and packaging documentation may be provided to the payment processor as evidence during a dispute.

Fraudulent disputes (including “item not received” claims on delivered packages) will be contested.

All orders are packaged in padded mailers or boxes with plenty of bubble wrap to protect your crystals during transit. I always take extra precautions! ✨

addresses

Please double check your shipping address before ordering!

I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to me, I can resend it once new shipping is purchased by the customer!

If you notice an address mistake, message me through the homepage chat box immediately!! it’s much faster than email and increases the chance I can catch it before shipment.

✧ open box orders

Currently accepting international open boxes only.
U.S. orders must ship out right away.

If you use the OPENBOX code, I will hold your items until you request shipment, or until the box has been inactive for 40 days, at which point it will be automatically shipped.

expedited shipping

For time-sensitive orders, you can select Expedited Shipping at checkout.

This moves your order to the front of production (1–5 business days) and ships via USPS Priority Mail.

International orders cannot be upgraded to faster transit, but if you add a note to your order AT CHECKOUT that requests Expedited shipping, I will prioritize your order and ship it immediately!

If a stock issue affects your order, I will contact you and refund the upgrade fee if needed.

tracking your order

You should receive an email from us with your tracking number and receipt from our website. If you don’t receive any emails, they may be filed into “spam” or “promotions” by your email system so you should check there.

If you cannot find the email with the tracking, email us or use the chat bubble on the home page (PREFERABLY) with your order number and/or the name you used for the order and we will send you the tracking number ASAP.
