Refund policy

 returns/refunds/damaged items:

LIVE SALES: all live sale purchases are final! once an item is claimed or purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
By claiming an item during a live sale, you acknowledge the item’s condition as shown on camera and agree to the shop policies.

I do not accept returns or refunds. I spend a lot of time carefully wrapping each crystal and marking packages as fragile so they arrive safely 💌

damaged items:

Once your order leaves my hands, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for it. All packages are insured through USPS (up to $100 free). If you’d like additional coverage, you’ll need to check out with my "USPS ADDED INSURANCE" listing.
All packages are insured through USPS, so if something unfortunately arrives damaged in transit, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS here
because of this, compensation must come through USPS rather than my shop. thank you for understanding!

For damaged item assistance, please take clear photos of the item, all packaging, and the shipping label before discarding anything. Carriers require packaging photos to approve claims.
I am not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during transit (including heat-sensitive freebies such as candy).

 missing items:

Shipping issues must be reported within 3 business days of delivery so I can help with the carrier claim if applicable. please contact me here or through the site chat 

I am human and mistakes can happen; but please check all packaging before throwing it away, as smaller pieces sometimes get tucked into wrapping materials.

delivered packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered and is no longer eligible for refund or replacement.

Please check mailboxes, parcel lockers, neighbors, and your local post office before contacting me, carriers often mark packages delivered early.

I’m always happy to help you locate it, but I cannot replace or refund delivered packages.

wrong address:

Orders returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once new shipping is purchased. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once packing has begun. Live sale orders cannot be canceled AT ALL!
crystals in my shop:

Crystals are natural items and may contain inclusions, internal fractures, texture variations, or small imperfections. These are part of the stone and are not considered damage or defects, so they are not eligible for refund.
During live sales, please pay attention to any noticeable features, I also do my best to point them out while showing the piece.

crystal confetti is currently unavailable as a freebie; orders currently include stickers and candy instead ✨

Please contact me first before opening a payment dispute preferably through the home page chat box in the bottom right corner of the page. I am always happy to help resolve issues!

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting me may void eligibility for shop assistance, replacements, or refunds. Once a dispute is opened, I am required to communicate only through the payment provider and can no longer resolve the issue directly.
